The Maintenance Manager plans, prioritizes, trains, supervises and reviews the work of staff responsible for performing maintenance services inclusive of the full range of custodial duties related to the exterior care, maintenance, and cleaning of buildings and facilities as well as waterpark maintenance.

Have a valid driver's license and proof of insuranceHave and maintain a good driving record clear of significant violationsAssociate's or bachelor's degree in facilities / property managementExperience in a manager-level resort maintenance roleOne (1) to two (2)years of experience in building and facilities maintenanceCertified Pool Operator (CPO) or Aquatic Facility Operator (AFO) certificationHVAC certificationOSHA certificationHazardous material handling training within six (6) months of hire dateOne (1) year experience in the care, maintenance, and repair of large, commercial, or public swimming pools and associated equipment and facilities.Ability to perform maintenance duties, such as plumbing, electrical, construction, appliance repairs, painting and pool maintenanceAbility to multi-task and handle all maintenance issues
