Capital Veterinary Specialists is the last privately owned multidisciplinary specialty hospital in North Florida and we are looking for a motivated, passionate, Director of Operations to join our team.
We are located in Tallahassee and Santa Rosa Beach Florida and are rapidly growing in both locations. Our Tallahassee office sits upon a 2-acre campus and features a stat of the art 20,000 square foot multidisciplinary veterinary veterinary specialty center with over 100 employees. With on-site CT, MRI, fluoroscopy, rehabilitation including underwater treadmill therapy, we cover all aspects of veterinary specialty medicine and surgery. Our Santa Rosa location is expanding into a NEW and similar center and mirrors our care in Tallahassee.
We work together as a collaborative family team to provide the very best care for patients and clients. We are looking for a team-oriented, motivated, hardworking, innovative and enthusiastic person to join us. This position would integrate with our current team of department leads, hospital coordinator and CEO/owner. Responsibilities would include overseeing daily operations, assisting in managing staff and resources, evaluating and managing inventory and hospital resources. Other responsibilities could include setting budgets, driving profitability and growth, analyzing current processes and procedures as well as implementing improvements to enhance efficiency and profitability.

Minimum educational requirement: Associates degree in business, BS preferred.
Experience requirement: Veterinary Hospital experience required.

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
