Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role as a Territory Sales Manager focusing on the construction and temporary dumpster rental line of business in the Beaufort-Hilton Head area of South Carolina. The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for sales within this specific market. They will be expected to build and maintain relationships with construction companies, identify and pursue new business opportunities, conduct sales presentations, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Prior experience in the waste or recycling industry, particularly with construction and temporary dumpster rentals, is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus

Territory Sales Manager Daily Activities:
- Researching and prospecting new customers, particularly in the construction sector
- Cold calling to influence potential customers to choose CWS for their construction and temporary dumpster rental needs
- Using consultative selling to identify needs and solutions
- Presenting comprehensive customer solutions
- Negotiating and closing deals
- Conducting post-sale administrative work to ensure customer onboarding is successful and seamless
- Prospecting, cold-calling, selling, and closing new business deals is approximately 90-95% of your daily activities. Approximately 5-10% of your daily activities involve managing our current customer base, including service changes, inquiries, ownership changes, location closures, etc.
- Will require travel to area businesses, construction sites, and multiple locations including transfer stations and/or landfills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000 OTE. $31,200.00 base pay per year generous commission plan car/cell allowance
