Summary
Our rapidly growing investment advisory firm located in West Warwick, RI is seeking an Investment Service Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for our high net worth client base. Our team’s pillar of success is our white glove service philosophy, which applies to both our clients and our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for knowledge, growth, and leadership.
What You Do (With White Glove Energy -WGE-)
- Act as the dedicated point of contact for an assigned group of high-net-worth households including:
- Corresponding regularly with clients
- Processing complex paperwork/ obtaining signatures.
- Ongoing client investment support and account maintenance
- Tend to client questions and requests, diligently assuring that all requests are completed as quickly and efficiently as possible.
- Effectively collaborate with the team, other internal departments, as well as outside business partners
- Prepare for client meetings, ensuring database repository and CRM profiles are updated.
- Various administrative tasks and project management
- Leading the service team in the absence of the Director of Investment Services and as needed.

Additional Qualifications
- 5-10 Years of relative work experience (preferred)
- Advanced working knowledge of basic Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat, and general openness and ease of adapting to new technologies.
- Working knowledge of different investment account vehicles (Stocks, Bonds, Mutual Funds, ETF’s, etc.)
- Experience establishing and maintaining annuities and life insurance policies.
- Experience with Black Diamond portfolio reporting software (or similar)
- Experience using eMoney
- Slight to Intermediate caffeine addiction: coffee is king here.
