Position Summary:
Financial Reporting - Provide timely and accurate financial information to management.
Regulatory Compliance - Adheres to financial regulations, accounting standards, and reporting requirements to maintain compliance with federal and state laws.
Budgeting - Assist in the development of the Bank and Bank Holding Company's budget.
Accounts Payable - Coordinate processing and payment of invoices, management of the vendor file and related tax reporting.
Preparing monthly financial reports for Management and the Board of Directors.
Assist in the month-end close process
Prepare and review account reconciliations, semi-monthly payroll entry
Manage prepaid and accrued GL accounts
Assist with fixed asset accounting system and record depreciation
Prepare regulatory reports, including federal call reports
Assist with audited financial statements
Provide documentation and supporting information for quarterly interest rate risk reporting.
