- Consultation: Provide expert advice and consultation to clients on employee benefits plans, including health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Proposal Development: Prepare and present proposals to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits of Capitol Benefits' offerings.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including underwriting, claims, and customer service, to ensure seamless service delivery.
