Job Summary
Responsible for the development of agency revenue through intakes and post-intake client services. Identifies business opportunities to improve client care, monitors the utilization of services, develops strategic procedures on service delivery, and coaches the team to increase client and guardian satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the current and follow-through communication, building relationships with prospects, clients, families, and providing direction to those seeking services. Provides education in Agency services and guides stakeholders through necessary channels to ensure service needs are met timely.
- Prepares consolidated financial reports, annual department budgets, etc. for presentation to superior(s).
- Responsible for the initial and follow up direct care staff training of electronic health record. Looks for creative ways to educate the importance of accurate documentation of client engagement within the Therap and Dashboard system.
- Monitors revenue and expenditure for the purpose of sound fiscal responsibility. Ensures conformity with auditing requirements.
- Monitors schedules to maximize utilization of all direct care staff within Residential and AT1070 programs.
- Intake/Assessment with individuals seeking services, which one gathers information to address the client's immediate needs to encourage his/her engagement and retention in services.
- Markets for and responds to referrals, schedules intake appointments with appropriate staff members and complete intake services as necessary.
- Coordinates and directs the IDT/ISP/IHP/ELP for facilitation of DDD Adult Day and Residential meetings for clients. Ensures all documentation is completed and sufficiently approved to ensure no disruption in client services provided by the Agency.
- Development and maintenance of individual's files. Prepares and maintains written case records, reports, performs case follow-up and discharge procedures.
- Will complete all documentation and have the ability to clearly and thoroughly document observations of individual behaviors and responses to specific interventions.
