Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to exceed sales goals and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure a customer-first mentality, delivering a seamless and enjoyable experience for all buyers.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement innovative marketing and sales strategies to increase foot traffic and boost sales in the used vehicle department.
- Reporting & Analytics: Track sales performance, inventory, and profitability to make data-driven decisions that will maximize success.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Used Car Manager
- High energy, a positive attitude, and a passion for cars and sales!
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- In-depth knowledge of the used car market, pricing strategies, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
