Key Responsibilities:
- Invoicing:
- Prepare and scan customer delivery route paperwork into the Produce Pro system.
- Verify delivery adjustments and maintain daily billing accuracy reports.
- Organize customer invoice records to support audits and resolve billing discrepancies with the sales and dispatch teams.
- Customer Service:
- Respond to customer requests via email and phone in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide support to the Accounts Receivable team and assist with other tasks as needed.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure billing accuracy.
- Handle special projects and additional duties as assigned by management.
- Experience:
- Preferred 2 years in accounts receivable or a related field.
- Strong 10-key accuracy and proficiency with Google Suite and Adobe tools.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
