Capitol City Produce is looking for a motivated and customer-focused IS Support Technician to join our Information Services team! If you're passionate about tech, love problem-solving, and want to be part of a team that keeps business operations running smoothly — we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do:
✅ Provide front-line helpdesk support to employees
✅ Install and maintain hardware and software (computers, tablets, printers, etc.)
✅ Support fleet technology (telematics, mobile devices, event cameras)
✅ Manage technology inventory, purchasing, and receiving
✅ Participate in on-call rotations and IS improvement initiatives
✅ Collaborate across departments to troubleshoot and enhance systems
What We're Looking For:
🔧 Minimum 3 years of relevant IT support experience
💻 Strong skills with Microsoft Windows, Server OS, networking basics
🌐 Google Workspace and CCP hardware experience a plus
💬 Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills
🧠 Self-starter with great time management and attention to detail
💪 Must be able to lift/move up to 25 lbs and work occasionally in refrigerated environments
