- Based in the New Orleans Metro Area | Territory: LA, MS, AL
- Full-Time | Reports to: Retail Brand Manager
This dynamic role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, excels in building relationships, and is eager to make an impact through execution, agility, and adaptability.
- What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate with Rouses Produce corporate leaders, regional and store managers
- Support high-impact events: grand openings, resets, new items, and major displays
- Conduct market and competitor checks to ensure pricing competitiveness
- Suggest innovative product additions to help Rouses stand out
- Perform “meet the truck” audits to ensure quality and order accuracy
- Liaise with Procurement and Operations to report issues and identify opportunities
- Analyze credits and trends to implement corrective actions
- Contribute to quarterly Business Review Meetings at Rouses HQ
- High School Diploma (higher education preferred)
- 3 years of relevant experience (supermarket or produce experience a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfort with CRM systems (FreshTech experience is a bonus)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
- Willingness to travel regularly with up to 20% overnight stays
- Valid driver’s license, clean MVR, and reliable insured vehicle
