- Identify new product opportunities and make recommendations to drive sales.
- Quality Control & Inventory Management:
- Perform “meet the truck” audits to verify quality and order accuracy.
- Work closely with procurement and operations teams to ensure consistent product quality.
- Analyze store credits and sales data to identify areas for improvement.
- Business Growth & Communication:
- Contribute to quarterly Business Review Meetings with corporate leadership.
- Provide timely updates and insights to internal teams using FreshTech CRM.
- Travel regularly to retail locations to ensure execution of best-in-class merchandising.
