Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. This position is 1:30pm to 6:30pm 2 or 3 days a week with alternating Saturdays 8:45am to 2:00pm
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone and in person
- Provide information about products and services
- Process orders
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Utilize sales techniques to upsell products or services
- Maintain a high level of phone etiquette and professionalism
