- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our computerized system.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while managing multiple calls efficiently.
- Process cash handling transactions accurately while adhering to company policies.
- Assist in sales efforts by identifying opportunities for upselling products or services during customer interactions.
- Support multilingual customers by providing assistance in their preferred language when applicable.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer support or a related office environment is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
