What are the responsibilities and job description for the Porter/Shuttle Driver position at Capitol Ford, LLC?

The Porter/Shuttle Driver works alongside the Service Advisers and Service Managers to help move customer vehicles to and from the welcome area to maintain the flow of traffic. In addition, he or she provides shuttle service for customers needing transportation to and from their destinations, as well as assist with the pick up and drop off of customer vehicles for repair. The Porter/Shuttle Driver will be friendly and efficient with all customers and maintain the cleanliness of the shuttle van. Most importantly and without exception, he or she operates within the legal speed limits and in a safe fashion at all times. This position will also assist with shop clean up when needed and other duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate for this position must have a friendly and positive attitude to provide the highest level of customer service. He or she must have an unrestricted driver's license and a clean driving record, and can drive both automatic and standard-transmission vehicles. Fluent English speaking and written communication skills, good time management skills, and professional dress, speech, and behavior are all required for this position.
