SECURITY GUARD NEEDED IN DOWNTOWN GILBERT

Capitol Guard & Patrol is currently hiring full and part time professional licensed unarmed or armed security officers to join our dynamic and fast growing team. We have multiple positions available immediately depending on your capabilities, schedule and experience. Security experience is helpful but not a must. We are looking for customer service oriented, professional, hardworking, and responsible individuals to join our team. Some positions will require that you be on your feet for 8-12 hours a day. An Arizona DPS Unarmed Guard Card can be obtained by attending an 8 hour online class and passing an AZ DPS background check (no felonies). Please keep in mind that if you do not currently have an AZ Guard Card then it will take 2-4 weeks to obtain one after taking the class.

Current shifts available:

Vehicle Patrol (Parking Garage) Wednesday-Saturday 6pm-2am

Qualifications:

- Must have current Arizona DPS Unarmed or Armed Guard Card

- Must have a clean 5 year driving record to drive a company vehicle.
- Must be able to walk/stand extended period of time.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Must have your own vehicle & working cell phone.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Able to read, write and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish presence
• Monitor and authorize entrance of vehicles or people in the property
• Remove wrongdoers or trespassers from the area
• Secure all exits, doors and windows after end of shift.
