About the Opportunity
The Wellness Coordinator helps oversee the Wellness department by supporting & working closely with the Wellness Director RN. Our goal is to provide a safe, homelike environment where residents can achieve and maintain their fullest level of wellness in an Assisted Living or Memory Care setting. Must utilize sound management principles to maintain a motivated and stable staff. Manage resident health and wellness through regular resident monitoring and communication to the community Wellness Director RN & Front-Line Care Staff, residents’ primary care providers and other health services providers. Engages in ongoing personal development in geriatric care, leadership skills, communication skills, and management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum of one-year experience in assisted living or health care.
- Manage wellness staff (care givers & med techs) scheduling
- Willing to work the floor when needed.
- Previous supervisory experience in the health care environment required.
- Current CPR certification.
