Job Description Summary
The Referral Management Specialist works under general supervision of the Operations Manager to manage the insurance verification, coordination, preparation, data entry, and intake of referred patients. The Referral Management Specialist supports all aspects of the Referral Management process including, but not limited to, benefits verification, clerical duties and coordination with the marketing department to obtain sufficient supporting clinical documentation and complete orders for services. The Referral Management Specialist will establish and maintain positive relationship with customers and referral sources.
