We are hiring for Full-Time and Part-Time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) for the following shifts :
6am-2pm- Monday- Friday
2pm-10pm - Monday - Friday
10pm-6am - Monday - Friday
6a-6p - Saturday - Sunday (Part-time)
6p-6a - Saturday - Sunday (Part-time)
Walk in interviews for Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) anytime from 9 : 00am to 4 : 00pm.
Requirements :
Current Louisiana Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
Have dependable transportation, driver’s license, and car insurance
Job Duties :
Provide nursing care to residents in accordance with facility policies and procedures
Administer and document medication to residents in an accurate and timely manner
Observe residents for effectiveness of drug therapy and adverse effects
Document resident process notes as required
Promptly report changes in residents' condition to charge nurse
Attend staff meetings, interdisciplinary team meetings, rehab meetings, in-service classes and committee meetings as assigned
