OutPatient Imaging, a part of the Capitol Imaging Services family, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Clinic Manager to oversee the daily operations of our imaging clinics on the south side of Atlanta (Newnan, Fayetteville, Peachtree City). The Regional Clinic Manager will ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care, manage a team of healthcare professionals, and ensure the clinics run efficiently while meeting regulatory and company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring smooth workflow and excellent patient experience.
- Manage and supervise clinical staff, including radiologic technologists and administrative personnel.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety requirements, including HIPAA and OSHA standards.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
- Coordinate and manage patient scheduling, ensuring minimal wait times and maximum patient satisfaction.
- Monitor clinic budget, expenses, and staffing needs, making recommendations for improvements as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of patient data, staff performance, and clinic operations.
- Manage ACR renewal process
- Assist with hiring, training, and performance evaluations of clinic staff.
- Collaborate with physicians, medical staff, and leadership to ensure the delivery of high-quality imaging services.
- Handle patient concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Build relationships with top referrers
Qualifications:
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Radiologic Technology, Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of healthcare management experience in a clinical or imaging setting.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology, radiology procedures, and healthcare regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and solve problems efficiently.
- Compassionate and patient-focused attitude.
- Valid drivers license and willingness to drive between locations regularly.
