LPN Wages : Starting at $26.00 / hr and up; DOE
Shift differentials : $1.00 per hour for PM Shift, $2.00 per hour for NOC shift
Per Diem Requirement : 3 Shifts Per Month minimum, additional pick up receives $10hr differential
About You :
Valid and current RN / LPN license in the state of Wisconsin
