The Resident Services Manager will support the Assisted Living Administrator in the administration, management, and operations of the Assisted Living and Memory Care facilities and Community Based Residential Facility (CBRF) programs in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and community policies and procedures.

The Resident Services Manager will support the Assisted Living Administrator in the administration, management, and operations of the Assisted Living and Memory Care facilities and Community Based Residential Facility (CBRF) programs in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and community policies and procedures.
About You
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in an assisted living or senior living facility or nursing home. Prior progressive leadership experience in a similar setting including budgeting, performance management, discipline, program development, and management of employees.
- Ability to organize, delegate, and manage tasks, communicate effectively and resolve complaints and concerns, perform multiple functions simultaneously, function effectively with interruptions, and make effective decisions.
- Knowledge of medication administration, infection control, fire and life safety, documentation best practices and development/use of service plans.
- Working knowledge of assisted living facility practices and procedures, state and federal privacy laws, state and federal operations regulations, and OSHA.
- Computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and clinical software programs, and other relevant business applications.
