Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Laundry Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all linens, towels, and garments are cleaned, pressed, and presented to the highest standards. Duties
- Operate washing machines and dryers to launder linens and garments.
- Sort, wash, dry, fold, and store clean laundry items efficiently.
- Perform dry cleaning tasks as needed for delicate fabrics.
- Inspect items for stains or damages and take appropriate action.
- Maintain cleanliness of laundry equipment and work areas.
- Adhere to safety protocols while handling chemicals and machinery.
- Collaborate with hotel staff to ensure timely delivery of clean items.
Experience
- Previous experience in a laundry or housekeeping role is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with dry cleaning processes is a plus.
- Ability to operate laundry equipment effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality cleaning standards.
