About the role: You will be working in our Tallahassee, FL location processing orders related to public record filing and retrieval. This role involves working full-time, Monday through Friday.
What you will do:
- Communicate with coworkers, correspondents, jurisdiction employees, and others in a timely, effective, and professional manner
- Utilize systems to build transactions and release various portions of the order to coworkers, correspondents, or state/county offices for processing
- Access public record websites to file and retrieve publicly recorded documents
- Review, prepare, and submit filings, paying close attention to rules and regulations
- Maintain clear records throughout transactions to ensure accurate results and invoicing
- Obtain and maintain a Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) identification number
- Submit Beneficial Ownership Information Reports to FinCEN

- Reliable: You are able to work during our regular business hours in our Tallahassee office. You are a punctual individual and able to follow an assigned work schedule. You are able to maintain client confidentiality at all times.
- Technical competencies: You are comfortable using Microsoft Software (Outlook, Word, and Excel) and interacting with Adobe PDF documents.
- Office environment: You are able to remain in a stationary position 75% of the time.
