Capitol Auto Group is looking for a part time Receptionist to join our team!

The Receptionist is responsible for the connection of every customer to the destination they need within our dealerships. We are looking for an outgoing, motivated, team driven professional to join our team!

Schedule :

Schedule for 20-25 hours part time reception position :

  • If scheduled Monday-Friday shift (3pm-8pm)
  • Saturdays are mandatory. Run 2 shifts (8am-2pm or 2pm - 8pm)
  • 2 Sundays a month are mandatory (10am-7pm)
  • Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • A positive attitude, exceptional work ethic, and a willingness to learn
  • Duties & Responsibilities, including but not limited to :

  • Dedicated to provide exemplary customer service / hospitality as the first point of contact for all customers
  • Identify client needs and route the phone calls / in person requests to the correct department
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
  • Phone experience preferred but not required
  • Demonstrate the ability to work in a team environment and on your own
  • Ensure the reception and lounge area is well maintained
