We are currently looking to hire an experienced Electrical Foreman to run a night shift multi-family project. Immediate start! This is a prevailing wage opportunity you will receive shift differential.
Candidate must have a California General Electrical License and be a graduate of a state approved apprenticeship program (WECA or ABC NorCal)

Responsibilities and Duties
Ability to interpret specifications and read blueprints.
Assist in lay out of work for crew.
Preplan daily activities and ensure crew productivity to meet job schedule.
Order and coordinate delivery of necessary materials.
Comply with all documentation requirements and fill out all project related reports, such as : Daily Reports, Safety Reports, Inspection Reports, 2 & 3 week look ahead schedules
Audit safe work practices, ensuring PPE is available and used properly.
Assist superintendent in training and appraising work performance
Conduct regular performance reviews of crew
Qualifications
Valid CA General Electrician License
Skilled and Trained (Graduate of an apprenticeship program)
Valid CA Driver License
3-5 years' experience in electrical sub-contractor supervision
5-8 years of experience in commercial electrical work
OSHA 30
Experience working on commercial and mixed-use buildings
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must have moderate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Physical requirements include sitting, standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and use of hands and arms to operate equipment. Must have a strong sense of balance and no fear of heights. Must be able to lift and move up to 75 lbs
