What We're Looking For:
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in residential real estate closings (buyer & seller side).
- Multitasker & Team Player: Ability to efficiently post close several files while working collaboratively as part of a team.
- Detail-Oriented & Organized: Strong ability to manage post closing files from closing through recording and disbursement.
- SoftPro Knowledge: A plus, but not required.
