FE 4 Job Description :
- As a Field Technician 4, you will work in a highly directed environment. You’ll be taking PC hardware break fix calls at various locations.
- Your assignments will include repair activities such as replaceable unit swapping, image loading, and unit testing using a detailed script.
- You will also perform other non-troubleshooting duties.
- Direction will be provided by script, help desk or service desk in a Next Business Day (NBD) and / or Same Business Day (SBD) service delivery environment
