Position Purpose:
Our Service Technicians will contribute to their individual success as well as the overall success of the company by providing excellent customer service to our HVACR Customers
Job Functions and Duties:
- Able to travel daily to customer locations throughout Indiana and the surrounding states. Our main office is located in Indianapolis, IN, but we have technicians located remotely throughout the state.
- Perform commercial HVAC service, refrigeration service and preventative maintenance.
- Troubleshoot technical problems, work independently by prioritizing time to meet daily goals.
- Communicate in a professional and courteous manner with customers and office staff.
- Ensure all paperwork is complete and turned in daily.
- Able to work Monday through Friday, with an on-call rotation. Rotation to be determined in interview.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years' experience as an HVAC service technician. Refrigeration experience is a plus.
- Strong communication, customer service and organizational skills.
- Must possess a valid drivers license.
- Able to work independently and as a member of a strong team
