SUMMARY: Corporate level role with oversight responsibilities for four business units in a multinational manufacturing company focused on the industrial and medical plastic injection molding space. Utilizing the One Stream Budget, Forecasting and Accounting application analyze results of operations to determine if business units are driving to their commitments. Coordinate the annual business plan and four quarterly forecasts. Small group enabling broad exposure to all aspects of the business. Director reports into the CFO.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee budget and forecasting process to ensure business unit submissions by Finance Directors are complete and reflect the strategic direction of the company.
- Roll up forecasts and budgets to review with Senior Management and prepare presentation decks for the investor.
- Create and introduce systems and processes to develop annual business plans and periodic forecasts. Maintain systems and processes to support these activities and to ensure alignment with reporting of actual results.
- Prepare results presentations, memoranda and variance analysis for CFO to use in Senior Management Operating Reviews and Board of Directors meetings.
- Provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making and long term financial planning.
- Prepare monthly reporting and review to determine performance root causes. Work with appropriate management personnel to develop countermeasures to return performance to expectations.
- Assist all departments with financial questions and problem solving.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Four year degree in Accounting or Finance. MBA preferred. Five to Seven years experience in finance or accounting positions. Manufacturing experience desirable. Proficiency in financial reporting and analytical tools, with strong experience using Excel, Power BI and One Stream. Microsoft Fabric background a plus.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
