Job Description
Responsible for driving community residents to and from scheduled destinations. Responsible for the safe and efficient operation and maintenance of community vehicles.
Essential Duties
- Drives residents to and from specified destinations as scheduled including doctor and dentist appointments, grocery shopping, recreational events and other errands.
- Monitors residents overall well being and reports any changes of resident status to supervisor.
- May train CLC drivers, including classroom instruction, CDL competency and orientation to community vehicle(s).
- May assist with planned activities as directed including
- creating and implementing resident centered programs and events.
- Ensures that Driver and Motor Vehicle policy guidelines are followed
- Develops, presents and audits reports as directed by Life Enrichment
- Other duties as assigned.
