Automotive Service Consultant

Cappellino family of dealerships has been in business since 1969 and is seeking talented and energetic Automotive Service Consultant to join our Cadillac team in Williamsville, NY. You will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound phone calls and internet requests from customers seeking service assistance.

Automotive Service Consultant Responsibilities:

• Answer customer calls regarding appointments and work in process
• Schedule service appointments and loaner car appointments
• Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, scripts and templates
• Greet customers in a timely, friendly manner and obtain vehicle information
• Covers for counter when Service Advisor is not present
• Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show
• Schedule the pick-up and delivery of customer vehicles and loaner vehicles
• Accurately and completely prepare Loaner Agreements for customers ensuring all information is completed and processed correctly
• Cashes out customers when available

Automotive Service Consultant Qualifications:

• Valid driver license
• At least one previous role based in customer service experience
• Previous dealership experience is preferred
• Strong computer skills
• Automotive knowledge is preferred

Pay: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
