Administrative Law Judge I (Administrative Law Judge)
An Administrative Law Judge I (ALJ-I) presides over hearings under the Texas Labor Code and Division Rules and performs highly complex (senior-level) administrative hearing work. The work is performed under limited supervision with considerable latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment. Travel is required as needed.
