Program Specialist II (Litigation and Compliance Support Specialist)
This position performs moderately complex (journey-level) program administration work for the Enforcement Division. As a highly-valued member of the Enforcement team, you will track and maintain the department's system of ensuring system participants' compliance with Enforcement actions. You will keep track of deadline to comply with Enforcement orders, serve as liaison for internal and external parties seeking information on compliance efforts, and maintain our database of compliance actions. You will assist in tracking and meeting the department's performance measures for case resolution and closure and provide support on open records and budget issues. You will also be a part of our litigation team, assisting Enforcement attorneys by e-filing pleadings, scheduling depositions and court appearances, managing a busy calendar, and preparing exhibits and evidence for hearings before the State Office of Administrative Hearings. Works under general supervision with moderate latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.

Additional job details :
This position requires regular work attendance at the Barbara Jordan Building in Austin's capital complex. The position may be eligible for a hybrid work schedule. If eligible, the employee must have a secure, dedicated workspace with reliable broadband internet service. The ideal candidate must be available for weekly meetings and group collaboration via Microsoft Teams and other applications during regular business hours.
