WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU AS A DRAIN SERVICE TECHNICIAN
- Valid driver's license
- Effective communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of tools, equipment, and materials related to drain clearing and the plumbing industry
- 2 years of experience in drain clearing
We would prefer someone with:
- Sales experience
- 3 years of experience in drain clearing
- Experience with ServiceTitan software
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT EACH DAY
Our full-time Drain Service Technicians work Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
In this rewarding role, every day is an exciting adventure! You begin your shift with a morning briefing, setting up for the day ahead. Armed with a fully stocked service truck and cutting-edge equipment, you head out to tackle service calls, clear and clean drains, and solve sewer issues. You effortlessly chat with customers, explaining your findings and providing tailored solutions. As you wrap up each job, you complete estimates, invoices, and payments efficiently using your company-provided tablet. Back at the office, you collaborate with your team and prepare for another exciting day!
