THE INS AND OUTS OF BECOMING OUR MASTER MECHANIC OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR
THE SCHEDULE:
You will work Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
YOUR ROLE:
You will be responsible for overseeing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs/modifications for our vehicle fleet. Your expertise in diagnosing and resolving mechanical issues will be invaluable in ensuring the optimal performance and longevity of our vehicles. In addition, you will be tasked with managing parts inventory, ensuring their availability when needed, and maintaining an organized system to streamline operations. Conducting daily vehicle inspections will also be part of your role, allowing you to identify any potential issues and take proactive measures to minimize vehicle and equipment downtime.
OUR REQUIREMENTS:
- 5 years of hands-on mechanic experience
- Experience with light duty trucks
- Valid driver's license
- Fabricating and welding skills
- Operational knowledge of gas and diesel equipment and tools
