Caprae Capital is the M&A & strategy division of a family office that manages over 30 companies. The company is led by the principal Kevin Hong who has been a serial tech entrepreneur, and who grew two startups to $31M ARR and $7M in revenue. The companies origins started with two of Kevin's tech entrepreneur friends who have had ~8 figure and ~9 figure exits to Twitter and Square, respectively.

As a Product Manager Intern, you’ll be at the forefront of transforming the M&A landscape by creating automated solutions to streamline the due diligence and deal sourcing processes. Working closely with our M&A and Private Equity teams, you will develop and implement intelligent automation tools that optimize data collection, evaluation, and analysis. This role offers hands-on experience in leveraging AI, machine learning, and advanced algorithms to enhance decision-making and boost efficiency within the high-stakes world of mergers and acquisitions.

As an AI Research Lab team member, you will work with the Managing Partners, tech entrepreneurs with 8 figure exits, a former NASA software engineer, a former C-Level exec from Google, any many more. Work with us to build an app that can help disrupt the M&A market

Description of the Work

●  15-20 hours of week

●  Candidates must be able to start immediately. (Flexible hours until summer for those who are interested in the beginning during the summer)

● Collaborate with designers, developers, and product managers to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.

● Assist in researching customer needs, market trends, and competitors.

● Collaborate on defining product requirements and user stories.

● Support the creation and maintenance of the product roadmap.

● Analyze product data and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities.

● Participate in sprint planning and team meetings to ensure timely delivery of features.

Ideal Candidate

●  Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field with a strong interest in fintech and private equity.

● Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

● Interest in product development and customer-centric solutions.

● Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product management tools is a plus.
