SUMMARY
Under the general supervision of the Manager of Financial
Analysis and Planning, the Finance Internship will experience a rotation of
experiences within the broader Finance and accounting department.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not
limited to, the following:
- Assists with revenue and
rate analysis, specifically, researching and analyzing competition data.
- Will shadow and perform
month-end close for a senior living property
- Completes variance
analysis and explanation
- Assist with monthly
reporting and analysis duties as required.
- Assist with residency
agreement updates
- Evaluates Ad hoc analysis
work on request, such as acquisition analysis, and pro-forma research for
new projects and acquisitions.
