Painter/Laborer

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Painter/Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential painting and construction, with the ability to perform various tasks including concrete finishing, and fixture installation. This role requires attention to detail, a commitment to quality work, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Execute residential painting projects with precision and attention to detail.
• Utilize power tools safely and effectively for various tasks.
• Perform masonry work as needed, ensuring structural integrity and aesthetic appeal.
• Finish concrete surfaces to meet project specifications.
• Install fixtures and fittings accurately in accordance with design plans.
• Engage in frame carpentry tasks, including building frameworks for structures.
• Apply stucco finishes where required, ensuring smooth application and durability.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in residential painting or related construction fields is preferred.
• Proficiency in using power tools safely; training will be provided as necessary.
• Experience in fixture installation and frame carpentry is a plus.
• Knowledge of stucco application methods is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Pay: $28.00 - $40.00 per hour
