Job Summary:
Lead the team in providing top notch customer service while serving gelato, preparing coffee drinks and store operations.
Flexible in hours 30-38 hours a week

Responsibilities (Will be trained):
- Serving gelato, pastries and coffee in front of house.
- Maintaining cleanliness.
- Training new hires
- Lead by example in customer service, efficiency and a good work ethic
- Open and or Close the cafe
- Shift Coverage
- Manager support in areas like inventory, scheduling, and orders
- Possible help in back of House with baking or gelato making
- Assist in menu ideas
- Participation in marketing campaigns
Qualification:
- Excellent customer service
- Positive attitude.
- Team worker.
- Leader.
- Some management/supervisory experience required
- Fast learner
- Open availability,
- Willing to cover a shift at a moments notice
