Job Summary
Capri Holdings Limited is seeking a Senior Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing financial statements and footnotes, as well as related supporting documentation for quarterly and annual SEC filings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare financial statements and footnotes for SEC filings
- Assist with the preparation of earnings releases and related supporting documentation
- Compile support and documentation of share-based compensation, basic and diluted shares, and other equity-related activities
- Review XBRL and support 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K filings
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent experience
- 2-3 years of public accounting experience with Big 4 experience preferred
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- CPA certification preferred
