In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key exploration companies, understanding their needs, and offering high-performance drill bit solutions tailored to meet their demands. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a growing business with a competitive, uncapped commission structure.
Key Responsibilities :
- Actively identify and engage new business opportunities with exploration companies operating in the Permian Basin.
- Develop and nurture relationships with customers to understand their drilling program needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Present, promote, and sell drill bit solutions to current and prospective customers, focusing on our performance-driven product line.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of customer programs, well locations, and regional market trends.
- Manage sales pipeline, forecasts, and activity reports with accuracy and consistency.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that align with customer requirements.
