CapRock Wealth Management is a privately owned, independent registered investment advisor managing approximately $65 million for 100 clients from our office in Little Rock, Arkansas. We manage investments for individuals and families and serve as an advisor to businesses with a defined contribution plan (401k, 403b, etc.).

YOUR ROLE
This is a significant opportunity for someone who is a motivated, detail oriented and creative problem solver. The essential role helps provide high quality/high touch critical administrative support to Investment Advisors, their prospective and existing clients, and other team members. The ideal candidate will have effective communication skills across multiple platforms (phone, email, in-person, virtual), as well as the ability to organize, manage, and track multiple, detailed tasks and assignments with frequently changing priorities and deadlines.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Participate in onboarding new clients and opening new accounts, using internal and third-party systems.
- Create and maintain records and files utilizing a Client Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Serve as a point of contact in daily interactions with clients to transfer assets, move money, and maintain records and files.
- Work collaboratively in a team environment to provide support for our advisors.
EXPERIENCE/CREDENTIALS
- High School Diploma or equivalent and five (5) or more years industry or related work experience preferred.
- Knowledge of accounting, trading, and/or portfolio systems a plus.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
- Base salary $45,000-$75,000 per year, commensurate with experience
- Bonus pool participation
