Special Education Teacher High School Math

CAPS Collaborative is seeking a full time Special Education Teacher for Math High School classroom in a small alternative school setting designed to meet the needs of high school students with emotional impairments, trauma history and learning challenges. The position will include lesson planning for academics, developing academic accommodations, behavior intervention plans, direct social skill instruction and on going assessment of student needs. Applicants will need to work effectively with various team members, be flexible and be able to provide positive supports to students with significant social, emotional and academic needs.
