Job Summary
The Speech and Language Pathology Assistant will play a vital role in supporting speech and language therapists with daily tasks and responsibilities.
This position involves collaborating with students, educators, and speech-language pathologists to deliver personalized services, achieve outstanding results, and promote academic success.

Key Responsibilities
- Support speech and language therapists with non-instructional classroom duties, including supervising classroom routines and preparing materials.
- Deliver direct services to students as identified in their Individualized Education Program (IEP) under the supervision of a speech and language pathologist.
- Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions, data collection, and notes on target goals/objectives.
- Assist with preparing materials and scheduling activities as directed by the speech and language therapist, ensuring alignment with individualized education plans.
- Maintain professional boundaries and ensure student/staff confidentiality within the educational setting.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Communication Disorders.
- State Certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant.
