What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Support Specialist position at CAPSOL?
CAPSOL is a growing manufacturing company developing and distributing life safety products.
We are looking for a person to engage in and learn our business. Supporting the customer takes on a variety of roles including document creation and document control, power point preparation, collateral sales and marketing materials, reviewing announcements and publications and other general office duties. Inventory and Inventory tracking, sales reports and sales correspondence are part of this person’s responsibility.
The applicant should have good interpersonal and telephone skills and be able to organize and work on multiple tasks simultaneously.
Working with Sales, the person in this position will edit and create support materials needed to represent CAPSOL in the industry. If you have experience with Word, Excel, Adobe, Visio and PowerPoint, and have knowledge or experience in providing customer support materials, this may be the opportunity you are looking for!
