CapSpecialty is seeking a Senior Underwriter who will underwrite, build, and nurture a book of excess casualty broker business with a dedicated wholesale distribution force on our Construction Underwriting team. The Senior Underwriter provides an advanced level of underwriting analysis to the Specialty Casualty brokerage team. The risks and exposures that will be evaluated are generally sophisticated and require complex critical thinking approaches to address differing circumstances. The Senior Underwriter demonstrates superior underwriting skills and a detailed knowledge of rates, forms, pricing structures, terms and conditions.
