Job Description Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Construction Company Controller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the Controller & Accounting Department operations.
Controller Qualifications / Requirements
· Bachelor of Science in Finance or Accounting (4 yr degree)
· CPA
· Min 10 years of Construction Accounting experience
· Outstanding organizational and time management skills
· Excellent communication skills
· Be a team player, as well as work independently
· Trustworthiness
· Ability to work under pressure

Details
· Salary is commensurate with experience
· Full-time in person, onsite in Georgetown (not a remote position)
· Hours 8:00am – 5:00pm with 1-hour lunch break
Controller Job Responsibilities
· Participate in developing and implementing strategic plans
· Developing and managing financial controls
· Documenting accounting procedures
· Accounts Receivable
· Accounts Payable
· Sales Tax
· Quarterly Reporting Unemployment to CPA
· Bank Reconciliation
· Daily Cashflow Management
· Monthly Closeout
· General Ledger Reconciliation
· Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
· 10-Key
· Computer Ease experience is a plus.
