As a Fostering Recruitment Advisor, you will be our first point of contact to potential foster carers by visiting them in their homes to initially assess whether they are suitable to foster and actively promoting the benefits of becoming a foster carer with Capstone. You will provide guidance and support and a positive and personal customer journey.
It is required to work independently to arrange and engage in recruitment activities within local communities to promote fostering with Capstone and identify and attend local events to increase foster carer enquiries.
The role will be home based but you will be required to travel across the South / South West region to visit with potential foster carers and take part in recruitment events.

What we are looking for in a Fostering Recruitment Advisor:
- Experience in sales or events planning role
- Fostering/social care experience would be great but this is not essential
- Motivation, determination and drive to secure and actively participate in recruitment events
- A warm, personable individual who can communicate with a vast cross section of our communities
- Flexibility to cover evening or weekend appointments when required
- Driving licence with access to transport
