Job description : Responsible for assessing physiological, emotional, and spiritual needs of each patient within assigned unit area and planning nursing care to meet those needs. Responsible to see that nursing care plans are carried out through performance and / or leadership of subordinate personnel. Conducts patient evaluation, performs documentation of patient progress, treatment planning and discharge functions.Requirements2 years of current Cardiac Open heart Step down experience - REQUIREDOpen-heart experience - REQUIREDCOVID and FLU vaccination requiredPrior Cerner experience - strongly preferredThoracic, vascular, interventional experience - preferredBLS, ACLS
