Conduct comprehensive evaluations of posture, gait, balance, and strength to develop effective treatment plans.
Implement targeted therapies using advanced exercises, physical agents, and manual techniques to improve mobility and independence.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and referring providers to optimize patient outcomes.
Maintain detailed electronic documentation, ensuring accurate coding and billing.
Mentor new team members and lead performance improvement initiatives.
Deliver lectures and training programs on physical therapy and related topics.
Oversee four PTAs on staffPhysical Therapist Qualifications :
Experience : 1 years of experience (required) Outpatient Experience (highly preferred)
Licensure : Active Physical Therapy License in state of Wisconsin (required).
